Our software solutions can be easily integrated into other solutions. This is a team-customer cooperative, and it’s growing. Hence the need for extra experts. People who know the ins and outs of software integration, combined with in-depth product knowledge. As a solutions expert, you know the product, the customer and continuously strive to teach (y)our customers how to make the best use of their investment.

Are you the one?
The open API of our online editing software enables our customers to integrate our solution into any web application. As a web developer, you know how this could and should work. We make the product fit the customer, not the other way around. We need someone as flexible as our solutions.

1. Pre-sales

  • Assist (pre)sales in technical meetings.
  • Inform customers and prospects via webinar.
  • Provide tailored trainings on the integration and document template creation.
  • Update the demonstration portal, documentation and FAQs.
  • A problem is just a solution waiting to be found. By you and the Service Manager you report to.

2. After sales

  • Assess bug/features issues
  • IFTTT - analyze the problem, communicate the solution
  • Close tickets and alert R&D

Requirements

Do you fit the profile?

  • Flexible – in terms of availability, accessibility and competences. 
  • Tech lover – You have experience as a (web) developer. Knowledge of the graphic arts industry is a welcomed plus. Experience in one or more of the following is a must: .NET or PHP and Javascript / HTML
  • Hands-on – you are analytical, resourceful, accurate and decisive.
  • Social – that implies being a communicative team player on all levels, both in and out of the office boundaries.
