Our customers create omnichannel material for numerous markets. Our flagship product, CHILI publisher, is the Universal Graphics Engine that makes sure they can create smart artwork and marketing material - faster and better. What started in print, is becoming a success in other markets.
We need someone who will support our growing community of customers and partner ecosystem to troubleshoot the bugs and take ownership over a set of customers.
Are you the one?
Our Customer Success team is inherently elementary to our success. We can only thrive if our customers do. A happy customer is a customer who feels cared for. That’s why we need the best M/F/X out there, with preferably a track record in finding creative solutions to unique problems.
As the company-customer-partner go-to and go-between person, you’ll in charge of troubleshooting, best practice coaching, and implementing processes for all customers. That’s where your tech walk comes in. On the other hand, you’re also a people-person and you are customer oriented. You don’t settle for a solution, you go for the 360° service until the customer is completely cared for.
You’ll have to take ownership of both resolving technical issues with the product team and staying close to your customer connection.We don’t mind the size of your ego, as long as it can play nice with the rest of us.
