See here’s our thing. CHILI publish is shaping tomorrow’s graphics. We’re a scale-up specializing in high tech solutions for graphical marketing automation. Our customers create omnichannel material for numerous markets. Our flagship product, CHILI publisher, is the Universal Graphics Engine that makes sure they can create smart artwork and marketing material - faster and better. What started in print, is becoming a success in other markets. 

 

We need someone who will support our growing community of customers and partner ecosystem to troubleshoot the bugs and take ownership over a set of customers.

Our Customer Success team is inherently elementary to our success. We can only thrive if our customers do. A happy customer is a customer who feels cared for. That’s why we need the best M/F/X out there, with preferably a track record in finding creative solutions to unique problems.

 

As the company-customer-partner go-to and go-between person, you’ll in charge of troubleshooting, best practice coaching, and implementing processes for all customers.  That’s where your tech walk comes in. On the other hand, you’re also a people-person and you are customer oriented. You don’t settle for a solution, you go for the 360° service until the customer is completely cared for.

 

Requirements

Can you?

  • Present a bachelor’s degree in IT or show for the 1-year minimum experience in a technical customer facing role to match?
  • Prove you have a background in and passion for Graphics Arts or Web development? 

Whisper sweet nothings into our ears about APIs, SDKs, code samples or Throw in some in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS and we’re hooked! 

  • You are familiar with marketing technologies for example InDesign, Illustrator, DAM, web to print,..

 

  • Display a customer-facing personality? Excellent written and verbal skills (English is a must, French a nice-to-have), a curiously creative mind that comes with a go-get attitude, a dynamic character that teamplays well cross organizationally?

You’ll have to take ownership of both resolving technical issues with the product team and staying close to your customer connection.We don’t mind the size of your ego, as long as it can play nice with the rest of us. 

  • Explain technical topics to non-technical people?

A call from your mum will do – if she can explain what it is you do, we’re convinced of your skills!

  • Showcase an optimistic, pro-active demeanor even when you don’t feel like it? 

Our customers are the best. (really) But we all know what stress can do to a person. You’ll have to be the one on the other edge of reason who knows what to do. Even when you don’t.

  • Always do one better?

For the customer, the team, the solution, the business and yourself. You’re every inch an opportunity and business spotter. Never not growing, right?
